Dubai’s AI story, set down in full for the first time

Dubai’s State of AI Report is a first-of-its-kind deep dive into how artificial intelligence is governed, built and deployed across the emirate. It runs to four interconnected chapters: a critical reading of the global landscape, the foundations of Dubai’s AI ecosystem, a curated set of government use cases, and a strategic outlook for the decade ahead.

Over 100 AI use cases were mapped across the public sector. Fifteen are documented in full, each named to the entity that built it. This edition covers the public sector; a forthcoming edition will expand to private sector innovation and contributions.
